Hi! I'm Júlia Ramos!
I grew up in Brazil pursing my career as a photographer from a young age, until I realized that achievement alone could not satisfy a deeper longing in my heart. In that process, I encountered a God who met me in my brokenness, not in my perfection and I learned that He was not distant or unsatisfied, but present, loving, and willing to walk with me on a life learning journey. Since then, my life has been about knowing Him and helping others encounter to find the same treasure in God: JESUS!
The direction
"He is worthy of every nation and every soul" this was the reason God gave me, in 2019, to become a full-time missionary in France, and since 2022 I have seen how precious this nation is for our loving God. France is home to many people, including those from different nations who had limited access to Christian community or the message of Jesus.
Our vision (mine and YWAM Paris Connect's) is to see people encounter Jesus, grow as disciples, and be sent into God's mission! Impacting not only France, but Europe and the 10/40 window!
Ministry | What I do in missions
I serve with YWAM Paris Connect, helping coordinate missionary teams from around the world who come to share the gospel in France. I'm passionate about mentoring women in their walk with God! My heart is to see long-term transformation through discipleship, devoted worship, prayer, and mission training! I also support the development of evangelistic movements (such as Activate Paris, which mobilizes believers during the summer to share the Gospel through creative arts, worship, and acts of justice) and mission training!
